Saed is a Ph.D. candidate in the computer Science department at University of Georgia. He is a senior member of the RISE lab interested in Knowledge-driven Artificial Intelligence applications. His research involves broad range of Machine Learning topics including but not limited to Knowledge Graphs, Graph-based Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Social Network Analysis. He leads the Medical Language Modeling project which aims to improve on the current NLP applications benchmarks in clinical and (bio)medical domains.
